In therapy sessions, you're the “boss” in your sessions.Everyone is unique, and sessions are set up to meet your needs. My main approach is what is known as “holistic”, meaning that I uses several peer reviewed intervention methods in sessions.
When life challenges are frightening an hopeless, you're not supposed to “get over it” or “push through it” or “just tough it out”. One of the things that you can expect during sessions is learning how to overcome challenges. Hardships should not be ignored, they can be overcome.
